We ship UPS Ground residential unless directed to ship via another method. (When requested, Craftlobby.com can ship via Priority Mail to all U.S.A. domestic, and U.S.A. territories. Other postal services are not available.) UPS Ground deliveries take 3 - 5 business days. Craftlobby charges a $2.95 handling charge on each order unless we are shipping back orders. We will add the cost of shipping to each order. (Note: If shipping residential, Ground will add $1.25 per package in metro areas and $1.50 per package rural) ****NOTE**** The Yahoo store freight calculator will not calculate freight on orders over 100 lbs. Freight on these orders will be calculated and added before the shippment leaves our location. The freight calculator will not calculate freight charges for packages shipping outside of the continental U.S.A. It will be the total of your order plus $25.00. This reserve will help expidite the processing of your order, should any changes be required. When the order ships, the correct amount is charged and the reserve is released. Return Policy: Craftlobby.com strives to provide quality product at great wholesale prices. If, for some reason, the product is defective or damaged Craftlobby.com will replace it, or credit you for the product. The product must be returned to Craftlobby.com. This must be pre-arranged with Cratlobby.com You must have an RGO (Returned Goods Order) from Craftlobby. To arrange for an RGO, please call toll free: 877-889-7140. If you wish to return products because they are no longer needed, Craftlobby.com will be happy to help. The goods must be returned in original condition. We have a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all freight charges. Hours of Operation: Craftlobby's warehouse and offices are open between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday Central Standard Time. We are not open on weekends. Holiday hours may vary. NOTE: Our warehouse will be open for pick-up orders on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. The Saturday hours are 9:00am to 12:00pm. Please enter your order by noon on the proceeding Friday to have it ready for pick-up on Saturday.
